Q. Do you offer hosting?
A. No we do not offer web hosting. But we can recommend a few tired and true ones. We are also willing to work with whoever you are hosting through now.
Q. Can you set up hosting and domain names?
A. Yes, we can take care of setting up hosting and domain names for you. We can either set it up through someone we suggest or a hosting service that you prefer.
Q. Can you help drive traffic to my website?
A. Yes, we have a great SEO (search engine specialist) who can help you. We also offer help with Social Networking, which will also increase the traffic to your site.
Q. I need graphics for my website, do you provide graphics?
A. Yes, A website is not complete with out some great graphics. We have a great website graphics package or you can provide some of your own. If you need royalty free pictures, we can help with that too.
Q. Do I need to provide content for my website?
A. Yes, no one knows your business like you do. If you need help with ideas or copy writing we can certainly help, but we like for you to have a strong hand in the content of your site.
Q. How does the process work?
A. If you are interested in a website, contact us and we can walk you through the process. We first one to have a conversation with you to see what your needs are. From there will will give you a quote and some options we think could help. Once you have accepted the quote and signed the contract (just legal jargon), we require 50% deposit. Once all of that is taken care of we can start on your website. We will provide you with a Production Schedule and keep you updated on the progress of the website. We like to work closely with our clients to make sure they are receiving exactly what they want, so expect to build a relationship with us.
Q. Do you provide technical support?
A. Yes, Once a client, always a client. We are happy to assistant you in anything you need pertaining to your website. If you site requires regular updating (which we highly suggest) then we do offer website maintenance plans.
Q. Do I need to provide access to my hosting site?
A. Yes, Once we are done with your site, we will upload it to your server space. (sometimes we work directly from your space) We do not share these passwords and login information with anyone. We will completely respect your privacy. Many hosting sites will let you have more then one ftp login and you can create a unique one for your web designer.
Q. Instead of providing me with a new site, can you update the look of my current site?
A. Absolutely, You can request a website consultation. We will take a indepth look at your site and make suggestions on ways to improve it or change
